Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program for kids aged 4 to 12 is a fantastic way for young ones to dive into the art of grappling in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Our classes are led by a highly experienced black belt coach who brings a wealth of knowledge to the mat. Plus, our coach is fluent in both English and Russian, ensuring that all kids feel comfortable and understood.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, often called BJJ, is a martial art that focuses on ground fighting and submission holds. Unlike some other martial arts that emphasize striking or kicking, BJJ teaches kids how to control an opponent using leverage, technique, and positioning rather than sheer strength.
